How we perform

Good performance – but we want to get even better!

Performance management is embedded in our day-to-day work and improvement planning activities. Working closely with Gateshead Council and other partners, we are always learning from experience as part of a process of continuous improvement.

During the past year, performance improved in a number of key areas. Improvement targets for the coming year are even more challenging. We aim to achieve even higher levels of performance and continue to provide excellent services for our customers.
