The Gateshead Housing Company manages just under 22,000 homes and is working to improve council housing in Gateshead.
The company was set up as an Arms-Length Management Organisation (ALMO), which means it is fully owned by Gateshead Council, but operates independently.
Our mission is to provide excellent services to all of our customers and work in partnership with Gateshead Council and tenants to deliver homes and housing services that meet the aspirations of the people of Gateshead.
The company has almost 400 employees, most of who are based at the company’s Team Valley Headquarters and at housing offices across Gateshead.
