Moving Forward - Customer TrainingApril 2008 – March 2009 The Gateshead Housing Company has joined forces with B&Q, Karen Knowles Training and Development Specialist, Gateshead Council's Community Health Team and Skills for Life to produce the fourth Moving Forward Customer Training Programme for local people to take part in. All courses are FREE to customers and residents of Gateshead and promise to be fun, informative and useful for everyone who takes part. Support is available to assist people who have specific needs. This includes transport to courses, British Sign Language and other language interpreters, specific equipment, help with childcare costs (if using a registered organisation) and information in other formats. Full-day courses include lunch. Please take time to read through our programme - there really is something for everyone. By taking part you can build your skills, improve your knowledge and in some cases help The Gateshead Housing Company improve services thousands of people receive every day.
