Housing offices: Outline
We have housing offices throughout Gateshead where you can get information and advice on getting a home, paying rent, getting a HomeRepair and how to solve neighbour nuisance problems.
Please note: payment counters open at 9am and close 30 minutes before the office closing times.

Our out-of-hours service can answer housing queries up to 7pm Monday to Friday or until noon on Saturdays.
