We provide a range of opportunities for customers to get involved, have their say, and help shape the way we deliver our services.
One of those opportunities is our Customer Scrutiny Panel, which includes both tenants and leaseholders.
The panel carries out independent reviews of services to identify positive practice and suggest recommendations for service improvements.
The panel decides which services they review. Previous reviews include:
- Anti-social behaviour
- Customer service
- Reporting repairs
The panel is currently reviewing the housing company’s approach to customer satisfaction surveys including how much they cost, and how the results are used. They will then make recommendations for improvements.
