Aims of the Concierge Service

- We aim to provide a friendly and secure environment for you to live in
- We will act to prevent problems from occurring within blocks, where safe to do so
- We will monitor, and where appropriate, report any problems that may occur
- We are also a first point of contact for residents and visitors with queries.
The Concierge Service is provided in the following multi-storey blocks:

Warwick, Regent, Monk and Abbot Courts in Gateshead town centre

Redheugh and Eslington Courts in Teams.
The Concierge suite is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
For security and data protection reasons, members of the public are not allowed into the Concierge suite.
