Housing company makes emergency callouts the priority

The Gateshead Housing Company is advising customers that some services will be affected by the current adverse weather.

Customers calling the company's HomeRepairs line on 0800 408 6008 are being told that the weather conditions mean that a limited emergency repairs service is in operation.

Emergency callouts will be dealt with as priority and all other cases thereafter.

Regularly updated information is available on Gateshead Council's website regarding other local services that may be affected during this time.
