As part of our commitment to quality services, The Gateshead Housing Company aims to provide a reliable and quick repair service to our tenants.
You can report any repair by contacting The Gateshead Housing Company's HomeRepairs service on 0800 408 6008.
The service takes calls untill 7pm Monday to Friday and till noon on Saturdays.
Handy hint - busy times for calls to HomeRepairs are Monday and Tuesday mornings.
So if your repair is not an emergency, then you may find it easier to call at quieter times, such as after 5pm.
Please also remember the service is open until 7pm from Monday to Friday.
For training and quality purposes, all calls to The Gateshead Housing Company's HomeChoice and HomeRepairs services are recorded and may be monitored in order to assess and improve our service to the public.
Availability
You can report HomeRepairs from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday; until noon on Saturdays; and 24 hours a day for emergencies. Non-emergency repairs can be reported online using the link above.Common Questions
