Decent Homes Team - Central: Outline

The Gateshead Housing Company has Decent Homes Tenant Liaison Teams covering all five neighbourhoods across the borough.

The teams are there to ensure that up to £330m of improvements, to be made over the coming years, are carried out as smoothly as possible.

The teams act as links between the company and its partners with tenants having work done to their homes.

Central Team
This Team covers Central Gateshead, including the town centre and Sheriff Hill.

The Team works with Frank Haslam Milan Ltd for the improvements.
