The Customer Scrutiny Panel is made up of both tenants and leaseholders and carries out independent reviews of services provided by The Gateshead Housing Company. They identify positive practice and suggest recommendations for service improvements.
The panel currently consists of Clare Butterfield (mentor), David Chambers, Enid Easton, Margaret Gale, Pauline Hawkins, David Hewitson (Chair), and Chris Sleight.

The panel is currently reviewing our approach to customer satisfaction surveys including the cost, and how results are used. They will then make recommendations for improvements.
