The Gateshead Housing Company is inviting residents to take part in its ‘Meeting Skills and Being Chair’ course.
The course will be held on Thursday, 28 January from 10am till 4pm at Gateshead Clubhouse in Worcester Green.
The session will help attendees to take part, improve their listening skills and be in control within a meeting environment.
Helen Watson, Involvement and Diversity Officer at the housing company, said: “Whether at work or within a housing company group, this is a great course to help people build confidence to attend meetings and get more involved.
“In particular, we will highlight the skills needed to lead a meeting by being Chair and how to deal with difficult situations.
“To book a free place or to find out more call 0191 433 5357 or email email@example.com“
The course is open to anyone who lives in Gateshead and support is available, including transport and interpreters.
