We offer customers a range of opportunities to engage meaningfully with the company, depending on the time you have available and areas of interest. You can choose how and when to get involved and select the type of involvement that suits you best. These include:
- Customer Board members
- Customer Scrutiny Panel
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Group
- Service Improvement Groups
- Performance and Feedback Panel
A focus group may be a one-off or series of meetings where customers review an issue or work on a specific project. These groups will usually end once the programme is complete. Examples of recent focus groups include developing the programme of Estate Walkabouts; working on a Mate Crime project and a Customer Satisfaction project.
We recognise that not everyone has the time or wants to attend meetings. We provide other opportunities online to help you keep in touch and share your views. We send a monthly e-newsletter by email to customers who subscribe. This includes current news stories, customer involvement opportunities, community activities and online surveys. Other ways to get involved and provide feedback
We can provide a range of additional support to help you get involved. This can include British Sign Language interpreters, information in alternative formats and help with transport.
