The Gateshead Housing Company is carrying out a major survey of nearly 20,000 tenants and leaseholders to help plan future housing services.
Residents are being asked their views on homes, estates and overall impressions of the company.
Jon Mallen-Beadle, Managing Director, is keen to get as many people as possible taking part in the survey to help the company improve its future services.
He said: “We really do want to get the views of every single tenant and leaseholder. And that is why we have made our 2015 survey even easier to take part in by making it available to complete online.
“The results will allow us to plan the improvements to services we want to make over the next two years, and allow us to look further ahead.”
As well as helping the company to improve its services, tenants and leaseholders that take part can win £100 of shopping vouchers in a prize draw.
Over the coming year the company will also be sending surveys about customer service, rent, repairs and other services to a range of customers to get their views.
