The newsletter is the first in a short series of publications aimed at keeping our tenants and leaseholders informed about important changes to our HomeRepairs service.
From April 2017 the housing company will be responsible for the entire repairs process, from reporting to completion.
This will apply to all homes managed by The Gateshead Housing Company, including those owned by Keelman Homes Ltd.
