We offer a wide range of ways you can get involved in helping to shape the services you receive. This has resulted in hundreds of our customers joining various activities over the years, from completing surveys to having a direct influence over service delivery through scrutiny panels.
We offer three broad ways customers can get involved:
- Regular meetings – e.g service improvement groups and scrutiny panels
- Focus groups – e.g one-off groups that discuss a single issue
- E-engagement – online surveys or Facebook groups
To ensure we have up-to-date information about who wants to get involved we have recently
contacted those customers who are registered on our ‘involvement database’ to check if they still want to be involved.
Updating our information ensures we only store details of people who want to be involved and enables us to call on people quickly to undertake work on exciting new projects, based on their new preferences.
