Boost your mental health with our first ever virtual Moving Forward course.
With many people experiencing heightened levels of stress and anxiety during lockdown, it is more important than ever to take care of your wellbeing.
To help you, we’re introducing a virtual mindfulness course. It will take place on Tuesday 23 June, at 11am for one hour.
During the course, you will learn simple relaxation techniques to add to your daily routine, as well as tips for improving your mental health.
One of our expert trainers will deliver the course via the Zoom app. To take part, you will need a device that has internet access and can download apps, such as a smartphone, tablet or laptop. If you don’t already use the Zoom app, you’ll need to download it in advance of the session.
If you don’t have access to a smart device but would benefit from some help, please email us and we will try to arrange some alternative support.
