The Gateshead Housing Company is committed to ensuring customers have peace and quiet in their home.
To help us to deal with antisocial behaviour effectively we sometimes ask customers to complete Incident Diaries to detail the behaviour they are experiencing or witnessing.
You can complete a diary by using this online form (with up to ten separate incidents) or you can complete a written version.
Alternatively, digital voice recorders are available for you to record details of incidents verbally.
