Annual-Report-2015-pack-shotA review for almost 20,000 tenants and leaseholders showing work to improve local housing during the past year has been produced.

The review, produced with the help of its customers, shows how the housing company performed in 2014/15 against the main priorities of tenants and leaseholders.

These include how homes are let, new homes, repairs and improvements, how estates are managed and tackling antisocial behaviour.

Jon Mallen-Beadle, Managing Director of The Gateshead Housing Company, said: “our review shows how we look to meet our customers’ priorities and also how customers can get involved in helping us improve services even more in the future.”

The eight-page review has been included with all posted copies of the housing company’s most recent news magazine.

The review is also available online, as well as at housing offices.
