The housing company’s Wrekenton housing office is set to relocate to work alongside other Gateshead Council services.
Work is now well under way to refurbish Wrekenton Community Centre, which will become the Wrekenton Hub.
The current housing office will operate as normal until Friday, 27 March, with the new office opening on Monday, 30 March, a matter of yards away in the hub.
The hub will also include Wrekenton Library and other Community Centre services.
A number of customer drop-in sessions were held at the current housing office and information about ways to pay rent in the area has also been made available.
For more information email Wrekenton housing office or call 0191 433 5822.
